With regard to the regulations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU.L No. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter: RODO), we inform you that:

Personal data controller
The administrator of your personal data, i.e. the entity that decides for what purpose and in what way your data will be processed, is Premium Distillers sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 00-406 Warsaw), ul. Ludna 2, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000043586, NIP: 6110201926.

Data Protection Officer
For matters relating to the processing and protection of your personal data, you may contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the controller in writing at the controller's registered address.

Recipients of data*
Your personal data may be shared:
1. to state authorities and other entities authorised to access the data to the extent and for the purpose stipulated by law,
2. to other entities within the administrator's group of companies,
3. to other external entities providing services to the controller in support of the controller's operations within the scope of the services provided, including but not limited to 3. other external entities providing services to the controller in support of its operations, e.g., transport companies, IT service providers, entities auditing our operations, entity providing accounting services, entities providing marketing services - whereby such entities process data on the basis of an entrustment agreement and only in accordance with our instructions as the controller,
4. employees/co-workers authorised to process the data.
The Controller stipulates that the circle of recipients may be wider depending on the purposes of the processing of personal data. If this is the case, you will find a detailed catalogue of these entities below, next to the information on the individual processes.

Your entitlements
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights in the cases provided for by law:
1. access to their personal data,
2. rectify your personal data,
3. delete your personal data,
4. restrict the processing of your personal data,
5. portability of your personal data,
6. object to the processing of your personal data,
7. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data where it is the basis for data processing, which shall not, however, affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

Transfers of personal data to third countries
Your data may be transferred to third countries in the context of the IT infrastructure used by the controller. In cases of indicated transfers, appropriate and adequate safeguards required by data protection legislation are applied and it is possible to obtain a copy of the data transferred to third countries.

Automated processing, including profiling
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling) that may produce legal effects against you or similarly significantly affect you.

COOKIES

Following the amendment of the Telecommunications Act, new rules have been introduced to inform users how cookies are used on websites. In order to duly take care of the interests of Users and the comfort of using the website that refers to this document, you will find more information about cookies below.

The following types of cookies are used on this website:

  • „indispensable” cookies that enable you to use the services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website, cookies that are used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication on the website,
  • „performance” cookies, which allow the collection of information about the use of the pages included in the website,
  • „functional” cookies, which allow the website to „remember” the user's chosen settings and personalise the interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region, font size, website design, etc,
  • „advertising” cookies, which enable us to provide website users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.

The administrator uses cookies for:

  • to adapt the website to the user's needs,
  • creation of viewing statistics for sub-pages of the Website,
  • the development of aggregated statistical data, measurement data and data on general trends in order to strengthen and optimise marketing, promotional and analytical activities.

The Administrator informs that the User may, by changing the browser settings, disable the use of cookies. Most often, the relevant option can be found in the privacy tab or settings of the respective programme. Below, the Administrator describes how to change the cookie settings in the most popular web browsers:

INTERNET EXPLORER:
1. open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button and then clicking Internet Explorer.
2. click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3 Click the Privacy tab, and under Settings, move the slider to the highest position to block all cookies or to the lowest position to allow all cookies, then click OK.

CHROME:
1. Click on the Chrome menu in the browser toolbar.
2 Select Settings.
3 Click Show advanced settings.
4 In the „Privacy” section, click on the Content Settings button.
5 In the „Cookies” section, you can change your cookie settings.

FIREFOX:
1. At the top of the Firefox window, press the Firefox button, (in Windows XP click the Tools menu) and select Options.
2. Select the Privacy panel.
3. from the drop-down menu of the Firefox: item, select: will use user history settings.
4 Check Accept cookies to enable, uncheck to disable cookies.

OPERA:
1. Go to the Tools tab in Opera's top menu and select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
2 In the window that appears, go to the Advanced tab, select Cookies from the menu on the left and change your cookie settings.

The administrator informs you that if you have problems with changing the settings of cookies, it is best to use the information on the website of the manufacturer of the respective programme.

The Administrator informs that as soon as the User connects to the Website, information about the number (including IP) and type of the User's or other natural person's terminal equipment from which the User connects to the Website appears in the Website's system logs.

The Administrator informs that it will process, in accordance with the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, data concerning the number (including IP) and type of the User's terminal equipment, as well as the time of connection with the Website and other exploitation data concerning the User's activity on the Website. This data is processed for technical purposes.

The Administrator declares that he will endeavour to ensure a high level of security for the User's use of the Website by applying appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorised disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no method of transmitting data via the Internet is completely secure. Any incidents affecting the security of information transmission, including, for example, the suspected sharing of files containing malware, should be reported to:
