United Beverages Group acquires JJ FAMILY DISTILLERS brand - one of the largest vodka and gin brands in the UK

United Beverages Group announces the acquisition of the JJ brand, one of the leading brands in the vodka and gin segment in the UK, also present in other international markets. The transaction involves the purchase of the JJ brand from Halewood Artisanal Spirits (UK) Ltd, which will remain the exclusive distributor of JJ branded products in the UK market.

The JJ brand generates sales in excess of 600,000 9-litre cases a year and is one of the leading brands in its category in the UK. At the same time, United Beverages Group and Halewood have entered into an exclusive distribution agreement to ensure the continued presence of JJ products in the UK market. United Beverages Group will be responsible for developing the brand's exports to international markets.
